Helpful Information

Booking an Event:
Once you have selected a date and a menu for your event, you are ready to book your event. There are some things we will need to know in order to make your event a success, such as:
1. What type of event is it? Wedding, dinner party, luncheon, corporate, etc.
2. Location of your event (include physical address and directions if necessary)
3. How many guests are you expecting?
4. Event timeline - setup time, guest arrival time, food service times & details, breakdown time
5. Will you need service staff?
6. Will your event be served on glass plates with silverware or plastic?
7. Is the event inside or outside?
8. Do you have rental needs (tables, chairs, linens, tents, glassware, etc.)
9. Is the event formal or casual?
10. Who is our contact and how can we reach them - Phone, Cel & Fax #'s

Payment Information
A 50% deposit is required to book an event and lock-in a date. Due to the fact that we may turn away business on dates that have filled up, half of this deposit is non-refundable once an event is booked. Full payment for the event is due the day of the event, unless other arrangements have been made prior to that date. Within three (3) days of your event, the entire deposit is non-refundable. When renting from outside sources, payments will be in accordance with the payment policies of the rental companies used. Therefore, additional deposits may be required.
